hi had some loose screws on the coil and looks like it scraped a lil on the flywheel can anyone tell me what the proper gap measument is for the zen 23 pum i used a piece of light construction paper...

ok the stuffing tube liner replacement was a nightmare i think the guy who owned this boat before me never put greese in the stuff tube anyway you couldent just grab it and pull it out i think it was...

STUFFING TUBE LINER HELP

hi im about to replace the nylon liner in the stuffing tube on my shockwave 55 1st ed boat any tips or warnings to install it or remove the old one? its not a strait tube its a submerged drive line

thanks for all the answers yes tthe alum ones are expensive im thinking ill just make a small alum block and tap a cpl 1/4-28 holes in it and run the bolts to the stringers then i can adjust it left...

well the ice thing was a joke..... i love my fitty five lots to play around with yes its my first big boat but for $130.00 bucks you cant go wrong it was a steal.. and it was complete with the radio...

i think hes gonna work and it looks correct too  not draggin around on foam chunks  i think if the speed and angle of tow are correct its gonna work  just makes me wonder why im the fist guy to do...

ok i dont have the 30 lb line attached in the pics  ill take a cpl now   the connection on the boat is a carbon fiber tube that will attach to the outdrive with vynal covered wire clamps  can get em...

i think i saw that one if i recall it was a blue boat and the guys wernt speaking english but they laughfed like heck when it blew up and ya it was funny
