As Bill said, the cline regulator works. I use it because I have the same issue with the tank position due to the inverted engine. I also use a driver which also helps with the inverted issue.

I'm almost finished with the landing lights on the waco and I got some good ideas from previous posts, but I'm not quite sure what to do with the housing. Should I cover it with some reflective tape...

Thanks Anthony, I'm using the Stits Lite system for my covering and they have have pinked tapes made out of the same material so I guess I'll use them.
