My servo and battery pack has been remounted to the place which used to old motor and batt. Yet it still need some ballast to be added to nose.

hi,

I'd say my glider is too heavy. since it used to be power-glider desing, and I take the power battery pack and motor off. it weighs 800g now. The fuselage 150g, wing 300g, bettery 130g, 2servo...

Frankly speaking, ele motor is powerless compare to its weight and the weight of battery pack. If you launch by hand, you should turn the throttle to max before let it...

I wonder where should I put my CG at the very beginning flight, since the more foreward more stability but less performance....
