just for reference, the alpha 40 does not come with any foam rubber around the tank.  I have one, and tank is not padded, but I have never had any problems yet.

I second what david george says, at lest is mode for america.  Sounds like you haven't had the pleasure of flying with airelons yet.  Much smoother than rudder only.

No, it is the bracket itself.  Black nylon, with 4 screws holding it to bottom of firewall.
