Final fixes are working on the Radian, and work even in gusty conditions:

1/2 inch carbon fiber tape on both side of fus to the tail, control inputs now are very precise, less P.I.O.s.

I think your on to it, I meam the decalage. Since I only used 5-6 drops of thick CA for the repair, the weight hasnt changed much. Your hunch that it might be the tail was right on. Right...
