I can't speak for the electric retracts but will say that I have used Robart systems for many planes of all sizes with good results. I think that you will find that in most cases it is not the gear...

That is a nice clean installation. Ihave something very similar on a Yak with a DA 50 and works well.

I think that you would be wise to balance it on the main spare as a first attempt. I would think that might give you the results that you want.

If you are using the Robart Hinge Points you should have no problem with getting anice hinge line with very little gap. Not sure why you would think that you are going to have a larger gap that with...

There was video of the plane that was taken for promotional purposes and can be seen on the Tower/Top Flite site. I've seen the plane up close and it is a show stopper both in performance and finish....
