JR 3v battery repair/replacement

Tony, Where did you obtain the pullys for the joy stick? I assume there is a spacer on either side to keep them centered? Keep up the good approach to the details. I like it!

3v Lithium Back-up battery

Does anyone know how to "Properly" change out one of these in a JR XP8103 tranmitter? Any suggestions would be very very helpful.:D
