Just the "rough-in" Stage of the engine install, The beam motor mount blocked the mixture screws and choke linkage so I went with the Stand off's.
That opened up the Beam mount on the Engine for...

Thanks Skillet,
I considered omitting the ply, but was concerned that it would chang the geomitry and that the screws going into just the balsa would not hold under the load of flap deployment.

As far as the glass goes in comparing the "tin can" effect side by side, I can detect no difference between the two other then a PIN HOLE in my Corsair's Cockpit!

Thats why Im trying to keep my Bird as light as possible, My Century Jet Retracts are only rated for 15 lbs....Pushing the envalope.

Dummy is as Dummy Does, Dummy Assembly Complete. Other than the outboard flap not matching the aileron, At this point the flaps fit well.... DOC. lol

Thanks Skillet, adding nose weight is why I'm shy'ing away from the retracting tail wheel. I know I'm going to add weight, I just want to add as little as pos.

I made a 6 ported exhaust pipe out of 5/8 brass tubing flared tosnuglyexcept 5/16 brass tubing then I brazed it. not sure if I'll make one for the other side, any comments?
