For proper tuning make sure that the Angle of the Dangle is Perpendicular to the Heat of the .........

RC Supergear are identical to the stock gear, excepth they are about 1 1/2" taller in height. Same angle of the dangle.... just taller.

Not Laminated, made one at a time by hand. No pressure...

Glued the plastic fairings to the aluminum gear, worked great. Stays flexible.

I have the same setup as Josey, except for a DA 50 muffler. Dual Rx packs are to the rear of the rudder servo, plane will ever so slightly climb in an inverted 45 degree upline. Inverted level...

The Zoar 24 x 8 on the Brillelli pulls better than the Zoar 23 x 8. I have never tached either, always have tuned motor by ear, plug color & transition...Motorcyle, go-kart, weedeater mentality. ...

I have never tached it, I have always tuned by ear, plug color and transition. Motorcycle - go kart - weed eater mentality, never had a motor overheat or die in the air, yet.....knock-on-wood........

Have 3 gallons of 40:1 Pennzoil Air cooled thru the Brillelli. Swinging a Zoar 24 x 8 and motor keeps getting stronger & smoother. Will go to Bel Ray MC-1 at 50:1 next outting.
