Terrific job on this build! I actually started my own Bandit to Bug before I discovered yours, and it's helped quite a bit to figure out the length I need to stretch the chassis.

All I can do out of those is the CAD drawings. I have next to no experiance with 3D modeling nor simulation of such models.

Vacuum forming is still your best way of making the body. It's going to take a little work to make a vacuum forming table, but it's not all that hard.
