Ya I used a garmin GPS in a ziplock bag. I was hitting 28mph with the GPS..so I estimated it was 29mph at least without it...as it looked faster once it was out..which it should be giving the GPS...

Octura X435 is the prop you need...it needs to be sharpened and balanced also.

Keep in  mind the stock prop is not going to last you more than a run, if even that on this boat...it likes to break

Looks like you may have a problem with this boat and 3s...

This guy fried his stock ESC trying to run a 3s Lipo (go figure lol ) so now put a VXL esc in it and is running here it is on the 3s...
