RE: Hobbico TorqMaster 180

The trick is to keep the leads short, soldered directly to the battery. No alligator clips, no banana plugs. I have the battery mounted to my starter.

RE: How Critical is the Rx antenna length?

Formula for determining the resonant length of the antenna is: meters = 3 X 10 to the 8th power divided by the frequency. You can divide that by 2 for half wave, 4 for quarter wave, etc.

RE: Resolution

I don't think radio resolution has anything to do with servo resolution. I think is the rate of speed that information, (modulation - stick inputs) are transmitted in a given period of time. The 2048...

Most usually, when an engine runs too lean no matter the needle setting, it's drawing excessive air. This is especially true when it starts and idles OK and goes lean on throttle up. You can adjust a...

RE: thunder tiger alpha zero gov

You may have the engine too rich on the high needle. You may have a gain setting, the Multigov does. If you set the gain too high it will work to fast and the search for accuracy will make it do that.

RE: Do I have to use governor?

I use the multigov. It serves as a governor and a heat sensor on the engine head. With a micro servo it adjusts the needle valve as you fly to keep from overheating, while running at max effiency.
