Chris, the doublers F & E do not line up with their tops. Doubler E supports the rear edge of the forward portion of the float bottom. Former F supports the forward edge of the REAR plywood...

This may be a dumb question but here goes anyway.... While the World Models, Dago Red, ARF looks terrific with the 3" aluminum spinner. It just seems to "blank" a significant amount of the Propeller...

Go with the Magic, especially if you are keeping the .40 LA. It wont 3D but it will be a kick to fly.... landing speed can be as slow as your care to go, just point the nose up and keep power on. ...
