have not had a chance to get to the pond yet. there is no washer and prop nut is not coming off. got a lot of info from joe. maybe all straitened out now just need to test , test ,test

ok I moved starboard tune fin everything strait...

ok I moved starboard tune fin everything strait now, thinned the prop more, cg at 31%, rudder is square just need to go to pond for more testing, thanks for the help guy's

proove pulling hard to the left

ok prop is sharp enough to cut you. boat needs full right rudder to run straight and turns right poorly. I am running a 275 prop and zippkitts hardware. NEED HELP any ideas?

buddy of mine used a power seat drive from a buick, it was a worm drive with 12 volt motor attached a little slow but it worked
