I failed to mention that when you are preparing the inside frame work to allow the balsa sheet to lay in - you may have to fire up the Dremel tool and grind some of the tops of the ply supports/...

Ok we are moving along here! Use your band saw, exacto knife and cut your balsa covers and match them up to the areas. You will have to sand and trim them to fit the area just inside of your cut...

Ok!- So now we have a nice epoxy coating inside the LG area and all the pieces are glued in tight. This has hardened up the LG framework to a point that I don't think we will have anymore problems...

Sand the rib reinforcement edges smooth and round off the corners - the idea is to not snag when you place them in the wing. I used a finger nail file to file down the frame work around the wing ribs...
