As i have learned, most of radios should be able to be set in all 4 modes. I'd say for models we have here in question it's almost for sure.

I am not that sure about this in the case of RC helis, but regular wifi from routers and stuff is horizontal signal, not vertical even from all direction antennas so 6 meters imo is believable... But...

That's paying taxes twice. First in Singapore when buying the thing, second in Europe when it is delivered to borders. Thing i am trying to avoid.
