I gotta agree with these guys, you do not, thats do not, want to make your hull out of balsa with twin nitro's.  I would think the engine torque alone would cause you more headaches than you can...

I have a OPS 90 marine engine. It has the needle on the carb, and a remote needle. Does anyone know a good starting point on setting these needles?

I agree, On another note you say you've tried 3 different props and each one goes slower. Props don't make the boat, setup makes the boat. Try looking at the setup and see if something is wrong...

I personally wouldn't use the OPS. That is one motor to stay away from for sure!!!!!!!!! they will give you a fit and they don't run very well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, by the way if you take my advice...
