Need Help choosing Brushless Motor from Robot

Hey hows it going.
Im designing a robot that is utilizing mecanum wheels so for this i need 4 brushless motors (posisbly with geared adaptors or anything)

How much better would that second one be compared to the cheaper one?
Also would i just continue to use my 5000mAh 7.2v NiMh battery or do i need a Lipo?

yeah i calibrated it to the ESC, and the steering is glitchy and unresponsive

speeds off on its own, doesnt steer properly, and on startup starts running on its own for the 5 seconds.. :(

ok i got it working, although if you turn the car on without the remote on it will start driving, and if you turn remote on first, then car the car will drive  for 3-5 seconds before stopping...other...

I got my new frog today...cant wait to start to build it :D
and i still dont know why the gears make the stripping noise even after i replaced the axles...it must be the gear that the axle sits into...
