I just bought a reedy 5000kv micro combo for my sc18 ,it flies , but I have also removed the belt tensioner and made my own
U really need to be running a lipo in the brushless reedy combo then watch...

Shorteni g the wires changed nothing for me but aesthetic looks ,go for it
Common breakages for me were lower shock...

The reason I sold my merv was cause I got sick of shimming the rear diff, very annoying plus plastic driveshafts
I have a savage xs flux, it's awesome just had to replace the centre diff out drives...

Good stuff , I found also its easier to take the esc out when reinstalling my hr racing hardened drive cups made it easier,

Trickle it's pretty easy actually to get to the pinion ,once u do it once you'll be pro at it,
209 mark , you do not want to worry bout discharging the lipo, just use it till the car stops which...

Yep definitely get lipo it will have way more punch , lipos put out way more power than Nimh,<div>Nimh battery's come to life after about half a dozen cycles, also depends how you are charging it ,...
