This may be a stupid question, but..have you made sure that you have a fully charged battery? Also before you plug the battery in to the heli, make sure that trottle control is all the way down...

Vibration Problem with Skylark

Also I have noticed that as the RPM's increase on the Mains that the vibration dissapears.

I have the same model as yours and I seem to have the same problem with torq control I'll check to see what the setup is on the mixer board and let you know what the results are.
