Yeah, just pop of the spinner to get to the nut thats hidden. Then you can take that prop right off.

I agree with Clark. Drop it down 2 and compensate by going up ONE degree on the pitch. You should be good to go! :)

Yep, drop it down one size in prop diameter as a rule of thumb because the three bladed version created a little more thrust (usually).
