RE: Best chassis for Honda CRX shell?

You could look at the TA05 M-Four, the only belt driven 4WD Mini I'm aware off, there are others (Non-Tamiya) but shaft driven.

RE: Best chassis for Honda CRX shell?

M05.. front wheel drive, competitive in it's class, upgradeable, and fun. I's say look for some similar Enkei's, they shouldn't be too hard to find.

RE: i need of a traxxas bandit

Post your own ad of what you have to trade and perhaps include "Trade for Bandit/Rustler" in the title.

RE: NEW! Paintball gun for Crawler!

I recommend looking also in the "Toys and Games" section of Craigslist and searching for "paintball trade". Maybe you won't find a crawler but if you find some good RC stuff you'd have better luck...

RE: Automation: The Car Company Tycoon Game

Just gonna say that. Downloading it again right now... the mods on it now are great, worth downloading it just for that if you haven't tried them.

RE: sad day for my garage

A mini chassis, either Tamiya M-Series or HPI Cup Racer I assume.. the upper plate kind of looks like something from ABC but I think it's a cup racer.

RE: Best nitro or electric rc car on road for 320 bucks?

I second the Kyosho DRX Ve (The brushless version) A good large size, AWD, can go offroad (Rally) and on-road, and will drift with the proper tires.

RE: gearing for dirfting

Yes, and there is a certain grip threshold  to the tires. No matter how you gear it, there is only a certain acheivable speed which is likely under 5mph gain.

RE: Can the HPI Racing 1/8 Ken Block be a drifter?

Simple answer is yes, if you can get/make tires to fit. Make sure you consider the Kyosho DRX Ve,TTER4-G3, and Traxxas Rally too.

RE: gearing for dirfting

If your still running on plastic drift tires, no gearing will change your speed more than 2-5mph.
