I'm assuming only when it's on the ground it twitches. If you touch the control surface does it stop? If so then your ok. When the servo sits there it sometimes tries to find center and will twitch....

Could you post how to get the DLE-20 to fit? I want to put this motor in my H9 Katana and it looks like you have to cut the engine box back or cut a big hole in it for the carb to go...
