For what it's worth, I replaced a OS. 1.20AX with a DLE-20 on a Seagull Ultimate 90arf. The DLE-20 is no comparision to the OS 1.20AX. The Ultimate got heavier (9lbs 11ozs to 11lbs 2.0ozs) updating...

I will look into it, thanks. When I check the battery voltage with a meter after charging (usually 15 or 20 minutes later when I am going over the plane), it is usually reads around the low 7 volts.

Yes, it automatically detects the LiFe batt over the Li-Po and goes into auto mode. It always reads 8.38V when the charge cycle is complete. During charging it is around 7 to 7.5v.

Great tips. I did not think to check the hall effect sensor independantly of the box. Thanks.
I will also see if the sensor is upside down (I think it can go either way if i recall) in it's mount.
