I sent them a letter by certified mail on April 24. It sat waiting for pickup from 4/27 until yesterday, 5/14 at which point it was changed to status "unclaimed".

Ordered/Charged: 19 February 2013. No product yet as of 3/25/2013, although it seems that is to be expected even at the best of times from RCM.

Order # is in the 6500s if that helps anyone gauge...
