As far as I'm aware, bullet and other projectiles are measured for speed using high-speed video gear... I have looked into this area already and have been quoted in excess of &pound;8000...

We're expecting to have some costs of the equipment shared with our governing body, and by some sponsorship ... but kinda hoping a manufacturer would offer some assistance !
