You need HPI part # 1667 it is a 2 screw set and there is supposed to be one of these screws on both sides of the carb.

Kodiak is actually a buddy of mine. Rice's is an open air flea market near where we live in Bucks County, Pa. Its known mainly for selling designer knockoffs and other cheap stuff.

Savage 21 idles for 20 minutes.

Did you check the temp at all while you let it idle that long, you would want to make sure you got the engine up to at least 180 degrees or you could be causing yourself some trouble.

No, no radar gun, I'm saying that based on my own eye. If I have a savage that runs about 33mph or so, I can tell you that the RS4 is just blowing that away, I mean not even close.
