I'm using a 2 cell lipo 2750 mah with regulator down to 6 volts.  and using a 5 cell 1600 for ignition.

sorry to hear that rcmadness.  Do you think i overheated my enigne (cowl was off on the maiden).  on the first flight. 

What are you going to order the hangar 9 again or the topflite version??

rcmadness  do you like how it flies with the 14x10 on there.  I flew mine with a 16x8 and it flew good until it crashed.  But I'm rebuilding the wings.  i had the club pro madden  it and it flew...

yea i beefed up the rear tail mount.  I put a piece of plywood down and mounted a tail wheel bracket for a .60 size plane and just had to drill the hole a little bigger.  That seems to help some but...

looks very nice.  Im close on mine as well. i have the engine all tuned in and all electronics all set up for the most part.  All i have left is order a pitts muffler and fit the cowl and she's ready...

are you talking about the dle-20cc gas enigne if so yes alot of people have used them.  Im building one right now.  Not quite finished but almost there.  Engine fits fine

ill have to play around with it.  Im going to use a micro servo i believe i have a lot of high tq mini servos lying around.  But how did you mount the servo i can kinda of see how you have it mounted

yea i have a 27% extra 260 from hangar 9 that i built as my 3rd plane and its so fun to fly.  just have to watch the nose overs somtimes.  Its no to bad.  But i love that plane with a dle 55cc it...

gotcha. I have to order the exhaust and prop today sometime. Also have you set up your radio yet. the flaps were a pita. I spent 3 hours working on them last night. But finally got them set right...

what kind of jtec pitts muffler did you use.  did you use the normal wrap around one or the compact wrap around  or does it really matter

yea i just checked everything.  And i had a little issue with the blind nut hanging on the triangle brace but got it to go threw and flatten out and just Ca the crap out of the bind nut to keep it...

ok that should be easy.  Ill just go off the guide marks and recenter off of them should be easy then.

so you go off of the saito 120 mount holes and then recenter from there and use those holes as a guidline right??

how did you mount the engine.  Did you use the guide for the saito 120 engine and just moved the hole a little.  using that guide as a starting point??

i thought the tank was suppso mount on the shelf where the throttle servo mounts. atleast thats where it shows it in my manual not up in the firewall box. Anyone have any pics.

i used the spektrum a7000 for retracts and they work awesome. I would deff recomend these over the rt88's

i just used the throttle linkage rod and had the engine and servo mounted and cut it to length.  I also drilled a seperate hole in the fuse for the throttle.  I'm not sure what to use for the choke...

ok i ordered the spectrum retracts. I should have enough in by next wednesday to start the build.  Stupid thing is that i have to work late that wednesday so i can't start till thrusday  lame.  lol
