Hi Scott, this zero is about 62 inches span., and I've tried to get a bit of washout in the wings. I've just finished another project, so I'm planning to pick this up again in the next few weeks....

Having got a little further with the build, I think my idea of making another bottom of the front bulkhead would work. I don't think you need to extract the one you have...
