Air tronics RDS8000 issues at boot up

I have an old RDS 8000 radio that when i turn it on it gives double beeps and error code on screen ID:UP! basic

I looked at that same article and I used that software to put the boot loader in and it did but it put it in another spot other then under the usb so I am not sure what to do here with this....

i have them plugged into the smart port the smb port i think it is there is an RSSI port and then the SMN port i have it in there.
The good sensors blink red rapidly .

Yes getting RSSI and RXTH or something like that an i get that even before i do a search .
i turn on Telemetry when i bind the receiver .
i can wipe out all of that and the RSSI will come back.
