Auto acc problem ?

Hi i bought used kyosho drx with gxr18 sp. and I played with screws and needles and messed it up. Now when i start the engline it accelarates to top speed. how to fix this ?

cars are shipped and will be here next week.
But i was thinking about most common upgrades as i am beginner.
What are best buy upgrades. that doesnt cost much but can help your car . etc

I'm a beginner.
Which one is better, nitro or electric.
I have 320 dollars ( i could go to 400 tho) on my payza account which i cant withdraw cause i live in europe, so i would like to buy rc car....
