how do you have it bolted on

my 25cc has a short shat and the prop adapter dosnt have a bolt coming out of it to put the prop nut on

I figured out the spinners went to my local store and all the way up to a 4" will not fit over the propeller... id rather not cut them out

i still dont get how to hook up a prop nut tho? couldn't...

IDK anymore, i put a zama carb on it that i know works and was able to get a little fuel into the cylinder by hand propping,

took it outside to really try turning her over, for 30 mins i hand...

its a homelite 25cc, and yes it sucks air in, and pushes it out of the little hole. the low is 1 1/2 turn and the high is 2 turns

Well the primer is on the carb, it sits above the metering digaphram.
I close the choke on the engine and prime it and hand prop with no results at all.

ive also tryed rocking the prop back and...

the wt-340 carb was from another engine i was testing but the venturi is way to small




my WT-71 is not getting any...

OMG! this dang carb, i hooked it up to the engine, try to prime it and no fuel is getting to the engine.

Ive checked the heat dam for clogs and its clear, ive sprayed the hole from the carb hole...

K, got the gaskets on and fuel flows beautifully thru the intake hose up to the primer bulb and back out the return line.

when i prime it off the engine am i suppose to see fuel going into the...

good to know i wasnt sure how tight to get those screws.

I think i might have figured it out, its always the simple things...

Screw heads are in correct postion, i put the rubber fuel pump on and still nothing, so then i deciede to try my old diaphragm...

the fuel pump with the one way valves? the orginal was a clearish color, replaced it with the exact same.

got a black fuel pump gasket that is the extact same cut out but feels liek a rubbery...

I had just thought of that so tried to switch em but they are diffrent size and thread so they cant be swapped.

the fuel is not even getting to the primer bulb so im guesing that its not making it...

ive replaced all the gaskets the metering fork, needle, screens everything but the little metal caps. let it soak 24 hrs in carb cleaner, blew out all ports with carb cleaner and reassemble

its engaging, but myabe clogged its soaking and it that dosnt work ill replace when i ge the repair kit.

The Gaskets between the carb and the heat dam and engine are brand new, took the carb off and check the gasket holes to see if its all lined up, it was all ok.

Choke plate closes fully, Blown out the carb with cleaner, all gaskets look good except the diaphragm will be getting a hole kit soon, tried a walbro wt-340 that i knew was working on another...
