I bought a new battery today, and I re-oiled the shocks.  HOLY CRAP the car is back!  Thanks everyone for your input.  Now I just have to rig something up to fix the under body to keep the crap out.

The car also kinda hesitates when I throttle it from a stop which is why I was thinking theres something wrong with the speed control, or its not setup right.

The battery is an old NiMh 3000.  You guys think a new one would do the trick?

Ive been out of RC for several years now, and today I randomly decided it was time to get my trusty old RS4 Rally going again. Heres the issue, I charged the battery up and put everything together....
