RE: Disappointed in RCV replacement parts

Just out of interest, I have had the same problem with OS's. i.e. the manifold breaking the boss upon a not too hard contact with terra firma.

RE: KMP F8-F Bearcat

Tongue in cheek comment. I don't think too many engines will fit inside the 19mm(3/4") cowl as stated is fitted on the Hangar 9 Corsair!
How about cm?

RE: C.G. point of my Retlas Spitfire

I had/have a booklet of instructions which were reasonably comprehensive. I finished up with 13 1/2 oz of brass, (carefully turned and trued) in the spinner.

Keep control throws small, particularly elevator, recommended 12mm (1/2") each surface.
Good luck.

RE: doesn't anyone els have a MVVS 35cc

There does seem to be varying results. One problem is that everyone appears to be using different make props. Could be that this is causing some of the variation.

Trouble charging NiMH on FMA Supernova 250S

Like the previous post, I do no charge NiMh above 1C. Most recommendations I have seen support this. Would be worried about temperature with such a charge. Presume you have looked at the battery...
