I found the problem now. The 4 screws on the back plate was just a litle too tight.

yeah i've tried everything. it even struggles with the plug removed. It turns with the plug removed but slowly. Im just hoping its a tight engine and will loosen with age.

I have pushed the pipe in the hole but wasn't sure if that was right. It feels sort of tight but didn't know if the pressure would push the pipe back out. The tuned pipe is just the upgrade metal one...
