RE: TIGER DRIVE!!!

Just remove the one way ( the hex nut) on the back of your engine and install the tiger drive, it has a one way in the larger drive gear.

RE: new servo

I don't know the specs for the stockers but I do know the Futaba 3010 is a good servo. Much more torque than a standard servo. 72 oz at 4.8 volts and 90 oz at 6 volts, sounds good to me.

RE: Funtana elevator???

I'm just tryin to do a tighter loop.
the smallest I can do now is about
75 foot or so. I can do tighter and
faster loops with my trainer!
I've thought about 2 elevator servos
or one...

Funtana elevator???

Hello people,
I've just flown my Funtana 40 the first time today.
It's great, good tracking, knife edges, rolls, and
snap rolls. One problem though. The elevator seems
to flex too much. When...

RE: ST61 & FUNTANA 40?

Thank you, stormchaser. That is what I was looking for,
some one that has had first hand experience. I might try
a four stroke later on something else but not now. I have
a budget to plan...

RE: ST61 & FUNTANA 40?

A slimline pitts. I haven't found the weight
for it. If some one happens to know what
it is, please let me know. I'm just not sure
that 3 oz. "plus muffler weight" justifies an
extra $150....

RE: ST61 & FUNTANA 40?

The diff in weight is only 97 grams. ( 3.3oz )
Would that matter much? Also, I'm
not going for 1/4 to 1/3 throttle hovering.
1/2 to 3/4 maybe. I just want a lot of
vertical, and plenty...

ST61 & FUNTANA 40?

I have a ST61 sitting here and was wondering
if it would be a good motor for the FUNTANA?
I really like the ST so I would prefer to use it.
Any one tried this combo or have any thoughts?

Os 32 F ?

OK I've tried the10x4. I think it's reving too much. I haven't tached it yet. It seems to do great at half throttle but at full it seems to scream and over heat. I think I'll try a 11x4 or a 10 x6....

The covering I plan on using is a 1/2 oz. polyester fabric. As for the epoxy, that is up for other options. I know the epoxy is heavy, but it fills the weave. Will dope do the same and be lighter? If...

I bought the 32. I paid $20. It could use an overhaul but not right now. When I go to do this, can I get the parts from OS? What numbers do I use to get the right parts?

Need some advice about clunk line.

( In a dive, you generally aren't
at full throttle anyhow, and there is enough fuel in the line to take you all the
way to terra firma, or terminal velocity, whichever comes first for your plane ...
