yes it took a while an many test to get it right but i got the process working good now i have ran this body for 3 bashes now many flips has not broke yet

yes i made my own vacuum former i made from 1/8 polycarbonate it can really take a beating

your heat my be ok but vacuum i bet you will need more with a vacuum cleaner you pull about 10 inches of vacuum im pilling 24 inches

3mm is what i just pulled i made my own heater from element wire you need a lot of vacuum

i am planning on smoothing out corners i just pulled one tonight out of .118 plastic the one in the pic is .093 not bad for a home made vacuum former
