Yes. I use mine with a Futaba transmitter and a Futaba "short" crystal in the 4-in-1 to match the frequency of my transmitter.

Shorty, the Blade's canopy is opaque so you have to paint the outside unfortunately. I really like the lexan bodies you can get and paint the inside of - I think the finish looks amazing.
