Looking for connecting rod....

I need a connecting rod for a Webra 2.5r. Am I out of luck? Does anyone have a parts engine they would be willing to sell?

How do I start my antique diesels?

I recently acquired a couple of Super Tigre G-32s, a couple of Webra diesels, and a couple of un-identified diesels. I am familiar with glow engines, and I have researched the fuel requirements, I...

Do you know these?

I was recently given a box of old control line and RC engines. Being fairly new to the hobby, I have no idea what the control line engines are or if they are worth hanging onto. I've come to learn...

Motocalc, please

If someone has a minute, could you plug this into MotoCalc and find out the amp draw?

RE: AXI 2208/34 on 3cell problem, HELP

Something I just thought of. I had my ESC programmed for a 9 volt cutoff (3 cells). I tried running a 2 cell pack and the motor would run up, then die, over and over. If the Jeti is programmable,...

RE: AXI 2208/34 on 3cell problem, HELP

Get a bigger ESC. The 3 cell will pull more amps than a 2 cell. I ran a Phoenix 25 on my 2208, and had no problems at all with 3 cell.

RE: 3D Edge 540 .46 by Power Line Hobbies

How is this different than a Paul Swany build thread? Did you pay for the thread? Hello, RCU Admin? Are you there? Oh, sorry. This guy isn't a Pro Bro!

RE: MINI SHOCKY

I frequently run a 3 cell 700mah Kokam with my 2208/34. With a 10x3.8 APC prop, it is WAY overkill. The ailerons will almost flutter on a vertical upline. It's a ton of fun, but a 2 cell will have...

RE: Best bang for your buck

The Hell Raiser is not the most durable foamie out there. The Hell Raiser flies well, but a Shocky at 1/2 the price will last 10 times longer.

RE: EYak Remaiden

My new 110 has been a piece of cake to tune. I set the needles to the factory recommended starting point, installed a brand new OS Type F glow plug, slapped an APC 16x6 on front, and it runs better...

RE: 90 Four-stroke sized ARF Profile?

A YS 91 will fly the hell out of a 65" Yak! Of course, I HAD to upgrade to a 110, because, uhh, parts were getting hard to find.....yeah, that's it...;)

RE: EYak Remaiden

Has anyone have experience with this Yak and the OMP 65" Yak? I have the OMP and am wondering if the EF would be worth the switch. Thanks in advance.

RE: 3D Hell Raiser

A 3 cell 340 gives me about 5-6 minutes of 3D, if I'm lucky. I am spinning a 10" prop, though. Might get longer flights with a 9".

Has anyone else had durability issues with the H.R.? It flies like a foamie, but you can't treat it like a foamie, if you know what I mean. Every time it's hit the ground, the fuse has snapped in...
