What are you guys using for wheels? Glennis are nice but quite expensive. Are brakes necessary or just wheels? Any suggestions for other manufacturers for wheels for the Wildcat?

Don't get discouraged with Robarts yet. I ordered a retract 5 weeks ago, they are making all new parts to get bugs out. From Gary they should be done this week, I hope

Try Wings MFG site. They have plans for the F4F, believe wingspan arounf 54" They also have the cowl and canopy for the F4F also. Their plans do showw how to build a set of non working retracts. I...

From what Robarts told me in talking direct with the owner, a couple of months ago, is that they are made on special order basis only, not mass produced. You have to order your own set...

I checked with Robart last week. They do not carry the Wildcat retracts as a stock item, but as a custom item. Delivery 4-6 weeks at $650 a set.

Leo, I might also be interested in the fuselage...
