This may help in the future. I have been using a Hot Knife to cut in the fuselage just cut slow and let the blade do the work. Very clean and easy to do.

All cells should (must) go thru one controlled charge/ discharge cycle.
This cycle will get the chemistry in the battery working correctly.

It came out at 10 lbs 13 oz. Some weight was added for the repair. I also increased the stenght of the landing gear mouting area that add the most weight.

It does fly. Even close to the corn. LOL The rebuild was a lot of fun a bunch of work but fun. The flood here took out the PPG dealer was not able to get my paint. So does not look the best...

What is the factory setting of the wing and stab?
I rebuilt a damaged Pinnacle needed to remove the wing adjusters and stab tubes.
So the model does not have factory...
