Savage SS wont wheelie

I have a Savage SS with about 6 tanks run through it and it wont wheelie. Put a three shoe clutch on the 25 engine with a 15 tooth clutch bell and still no wheelies.

Any info will help

Does any one have this engine. Is this a 7 or 8 port engine. Where are your carb settings at?
Does yours have a lot of power. Do you like it compared to the 2.5?

Yesterday when I was tuning it the temp out side was low 80s or high 70s.
The temp of the engine was running from 230 to 245
My carb settings are 4 from out on the high needle and a half from out...

The spur gear is tightened and I have 60 weight oil in my shocks with 4 lb springs on the them

Does the turbo button make a big difference? I heard that the engine is hard to tune with the turbo button in it.
