Well, I've got at least 7 tanks of fuel through my savage 25 so far. The only thing I can't figure out is why it is running so rich. I keep leaning the top end but it makes no difference. I'm afraid...

Is it fully broken in yet? Mine did the exact same thing even after I let it idle for one full tank. I just leaned it out a very small amount and it has helped.

I have a picture here with an arrow pointing to it. Anyway, just like the top end, to richen it up, turn it counter-clockwise. To lean it out, turn it clockwise. Hope this helps.;)
