lol yea i know exactly how you feel...rerouting all your radio stuff really helps..try not to sandwhich your rx between your st.servo and your esc..maybe try putting the rx ontop of the servo like...

get some 3000mah ni packs from epic motor sports...i think they cost like 10 dollars for one pack...i got two of em and that yellow 1500 one in the pick..the epic pack lasted for me around 35-45min....

heres the pics...my body is pretty nasty as i do actually use it:D..the body was orginally for an hpi sprint and made some extra holes so i can fit it onto my hpi rs4 3 also. the body is a 200mm one...

nice set up...i have the exact same setup. made for and was only used for drifting lol..speed and handling with the stock tires is excelent(sp). the best thing about it is that we dont have to change...

i bet i know what it is...take look at your outdrive dogbones...when you go to push the car youll see your dogbones in the drive axels jumping around in your outdrives creating that clicking...

open up your idle screw a lil bit if it stalls when you apply the brakes..it can also be a tuning problem...so you might wanna tune it first then see if it cures the problem.

yea about that heat problem...try some fuel additives/oil additives..i think they have some on tower hobbies, one of my friend uses it in his yokomo and it brought down the temps a whole lot he said...

to me 290 degrees F sounds normal..do you usually do high speed runs up and down your street or just plan full throttle burn outs cause those are some ways that you can surely increase engine...
