RE: Best Prop Choice For YS .63 S ?

I've had a 14-4 APC wide blade and it seems to be fine. The YS 63 is such a "horse", it would probably swing anything in that range.

RE: Sig Rascal 110

From the folks I fly with that have the 110, say the 180 is on the high edge of the engine scale. The idle on the 180 with a prop it likes can be fast than the landing speed for the Rascal. You have...

RE: StickIt

I had one in the early 90's and did the Nyrod number. If I did it again, I would use Central Hobbies carbon fiber rods and rod ends and go control horn to control horn direct. These rods are stiff;)....

RE: Goldberg Fibreglass Landing Gear

Hi GARCH22;
Yes, I make Tetherite gear and of the many hundreds of parts sold, have had about 7 cases that I know of where there has been breakage. At the beginning of a run of parts, the first few...

RE: Goldberg Fibreglass Landing Gear

Glass-filled nylon is not prone to brittleness and is extremely tough and flexible enough to take the shock loads!;)

RE: Heckler 3D plane

Last I heard this was a one run ARF. I got one in 2005 and now have it with a YS 63 on the nose.
It's pretty wild and the YS with a 13 X 4 prop is awesome.

RE: Help Me, SIG Rascal 40 or 4Star 40??

I have a Rascal 40 with a Saito 40 and it's a sweet flyer. It's slow on maneuves, but that's the nature of the design. The 4*40 is also a good flyer. As 4*'s go, the 60 size flies better IMHO.

RE: Prop for 120F on Funtana 90

Just as an aside:
Dont' put any high nitro fuel in the Enya 120 4 stroke. It'll throw the prop real easy.
