I got the acrylic from my school for £2 ($3) but i think that that's pretty expensive for such a small piece. To get the acrylic to shape I cut it out roughly then use a file.

I dont own a mad force but if you have go the money, then buy a new steering servo, preferably one with aver 100oz/sq inch (100 ounces of strength per square inch). That should turn your wheels on...
