Run it with the 56. Its not too much power by any means. If anything, after flying the 4* for a while, youll want more power. I have a OS .46 AX on mine and i wish i had more pull out.

im not sure of a scientific answer, but i just tighten mine with a 5/16" nut driver. i spin it in till it seats. then just snug it up to compress the seal. not sure this helps any. BTW the glow plug...
