Did you try clear coating over the top of the strip. And do you know if the shop that you purchased from sold you 2 mil HP vinyl? Vinyl is not just vinyl no matter how you slice it....

We have done some testing on the individual cut rivets. The 1/16" are just too small. But the large rivets 1/8" are not too bad to weed. Just time consuming on the plotter.

Yes it is a strip 1/16" wide and White can be printed on them along with many other colors such as:
Black
Red
Orange
Green
Chrome
Raspberry

Yes, this is a Clear vinyl that has a Thermally printed image on top of the vinyl. Through heat a pressure the Foil resin is pressed into the vinyl and makes an unusually high bond with the vinyl.

They are a fiberglass set of louvers from Fiberglass Specialties. You have to open the lovers up, when they come they are all mold as one piece. Not too hard just time consuming.
