2 Piece....I know the Proctor is excellent, I can see by your pics and by what others say, but my real concern is weight and I really want to try something new in construction process that I have had...

Perhaps you could lay up corrugated patterns and vacu-form thin sheets of plastic over the pattern and then trim them to size and shape as you go?

I would suggest you find your corrugation material that you plan to use (whatever it might be) and build around its scale rather than the other way around. Corrugation is made by running a material...

I have seen and heard alot about the Proctor kit...it looks great, but 1/4 scale is alittle big for me. I suppose I could shrink the plans to 1/6 and build off of that.

I would like to put together an Albatros DVa, or perhaps a DIII model. I am looking at 1/6 scale but not really "glued" to that size for sure.
