On my cowl i will be using paint. Covering is silver and blue so the cowl will using the same colors.

I have used epoxy with milled fiberglass a few times. Never had a problem with struts coming loose. when you need to get it apart just heat it up with a heat gun and it comes apart easy.

Powered both of mine with OS 1.60FX Moved it along pretty well!. I still have 1 fuse that needs a new set of wings for it. Found the only fence post near the runway :(

Yes two times the intake area is recommended.
So here is my thinking, from the pic you can see each vent is almost the same exact size as the intake so two vents will give me 1 to 1 intake exhaust....
